Bill Cosby was sentenced to 3 to 10 years in prison for the 2004 rape of Andrea Constand. Back in 2006 the case was settled for an undisclosed amount that was later found out to be $3.38 million. The case resurfaced in 2015 when Cosby was facing several felony counts of aggravated indecent assault. Cosby will be serving his sentence at Pennsylvania’s State Correctional Institute at Phoenix. Upon his release from serving his sentence Cosby will have to have monthly counseling and be placed on a sex offender’s list.
